When you play your Games on Playchess.com, the program inserts Training questions and comments.

It is easy to remove those variations or comments. If you want to delete a single specific variation, rightclick on a move in the line, then select “Delete Variation” from the context menu.
Select “Delete All Commentary” to remove them all out of a game.
The changes are not permanent, until you use the “Replace” function from the File menu.
